Pre & Postnatal Training

What is it?

Either in a group class or on your own through personal training, this training is designed to help your body stay active during pregnancy or postpartum.

Duration: 45-60 min sessions

Prenatal Training

For those expecting or trying, prenatal training helps to prepare the body for pregnancy by promoting more blood flow to the pelvic floor region. The focus of this class is to keep you active and comfortable throughout your pregnancy. Our goal is to strengthen the back and pecs for postpartum, learn to breathe with our diaphragm and relax our pelvic floor to prepare for labour. Learn how to tailor your exercise with each trimester.

Postnatal Training

This class is designed to bring an active community to moms. Just like a big sports event, pregnancy and labour is taxing on the whole body, especially the pelvic floor muscles, chest and back. A progressive class/training that helps you to find and strengthen your breathe, re fire the nervous system and ultimately get your body working as a whole unit again. In this class we work to activate our lower body, stretch the pectoral muscles, strengthen our back and ultimately feel better as we are moving! This class provides not only a workout for moms, but a community as well.

Group classes are often held every 8 weeks in Brandon or Forrest. If you have a group of mama's interested for a private class see rates below.

Prices & Ratings

Initial Consultation

There is no initial consultation for group classes. If you are interested in 1:1 training for pregnancy/postpartum please see my Personal Training Rates.

Group Training packages

Price per session (per hour):

  • Groups of 5: $20.00 per person
  • Groups of 6+: $15.00 per person

If enough are committed for a specific lengh of time, a special group rate may be applied.

Prices include GST.

Payments can be made via online transfer, cash, cheque, or credit card (2.5% interest). Stay tuned to the website and social media for training promos!

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation within 24 hours of a booked session and 48 hours for sessions booked between 4pm-8pm will result in a charged session due to late notice and the unavailability to fill the time block. If the session can be filled no charge will be made. For sessions during PRIME TIME training hours. (4-7pm) there is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
